Order Cancellation Policy
While the order is being processed, you have until Wednesday of each week to cancel it .
To do this, you must contact us by email and specify the name of the person who placed the order so we can process the refund. Canceling an order incurs a €2 fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the order has been shipped, it will not be possible to process its cancellation.

Incorrect or Defective Products
If you have received the wrong or a defective product, you must take photographs of the order and the shipping packaging, and send them to us by email.
- If the error is ours: If we make a mistake when preparing the order, you will be entitled to a refund or a replacement of the correct model, provided we have stock available.
- If the damage is due to shipping: If the order is defective due to handling of the package or if the package arrives damaged, the responsibility lies with the transport company .

Returns to Sender and Incorrect Addresses
If your order has been returned to the sender , you will need to place a new order.
We are not responsible in case of loss , return of the package due to impossibility of delivery or due to an address provided incorrectly by the buyer.
Make sure the order address is correct and provide a contact phone number for the carrier.
If we send the order to the wrong address due to our error , we guarantee a full refund or, if the customer prefers, we will resend the order at no cost .

Refund
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Order cancellation before shipment (until Wednesday of each week). This incurs a €2 fee.
- Error on our part when preparing the order.
- We sent to the wrong address due to our error.
