Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
While the order is being processed, you have until Wednesday of each week to cancel it. To do so, you must contact us by e-mail specifying the name of the person who placed the order to process the refund. Canceling an order incurs a €2 fee that will be deducted from the refund.
Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to process its cancellation.

What happens if I receive a wrong or defectiveproduct?
If you have received a wrong or defective product, you should take photos of the order and the shipping package, and send them to us by email. If we made a mistake when preparing the order, you will be
entitled to a refund or a replacement if we have stock of the correct model.If the order is defective due to package handling or the package arrives damaged, the shipping company is responsible.

What should I do if my order has been returned to sender?
If your order has been returned to sender, you will need to place a new order. We are not responsible in case of loss, return of the package due to impossibility of delivery, or address incorrectly provided by the buyer.
Make sure the order address is correct and provide a contact phone number for the carrier.
If we send the order to an incorrect address due to our error, we guarantee a full refund, or if the customer prefers, we will resend the order at no cost.

Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Cancellation of the order before shipping (until Wednesday of each week), this has a €2 fee.
- Error on our part when preparing the order
- Shipping to an incorrect address due to our error
