RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you solve it. In case you receive a defective or incorrect order, we ask you to take photos of the order and the shipping package, and send them to us by email at 8bitslegendsminiforge@gmail.com. If we have made an error while preparing your order, you will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement if we have stock of the correct model.

Order Cancellation

While the order is being processed, you have until Wednesday of each week to cancel an order. To do so, you must contact us by email specifying the details of who placed the order, to process the refund. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to process its cancellation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, if a model is out of stock, it may take up to 6 months to become available again. We recommend placing your orders as soon as you see the models available, as they take time to be restocked.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned Shipments

We are not responsible in case of loss, return of the package due to impossibility of delivery or address erroneously provided by the buyer. Make sure that the order address is correct and provide a contact phone number for the carrier. The customer must ensure to contact the shipping company if they detect that the order is taking too long to be delivered; for this purpose, they have a tracking number for the order.

If we send the order to an incorrect address due to our error, we ensure a full refund, or if the customer prefers, we will resend the order at no additional cost.

In case the order is defective due to package handling or the package arrives damaged, the shipping company is responsible.

Refunds

If the customer is entitled to a refund, we will inform you when we have received and inspected the return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically reimbursed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and make the refund effective. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at 8bitslegendsminiforge@gmail.com.

Taxes and Customs Duties

Any additional tax charges generated by customs procedures are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded in case of return.
