  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Estimated delivery times are:

    • Shipments to Spain: between 1 and 2 weeks
    • Shipments outside Spain: between 3 and 4 weeks


    These times are estimates and may vary depending on the season or destination country.

  • What are the shipping costs to my country?

    Shipping costs vary according to the destination and number of models, remember that XL, 80mm models count as 3 standard models for calculating shipping costs:

    For orders of 1 or 2 models:
    -To Spain: €6
    -To a EU country: €10
    -To the rest of the world: €12

    For orders of 3 to 6 models:
    -To Spain: €7
    -To a EU country: €15
    -To the rest of the world: €18

  • How can I track my order?

    All our orders are sent by certified mail, which includes a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to the email address provided.
    If you paid via PayPal, you will receive it at the email address associated with your PayPal account.

  • What should I do if my order is taking longer than expected?

    If you notice that your order is taking too long to be delivered, you should contact the shipping company directly using the tracking number provided. Once the order has been shipped, the shipping company is responsible for it.

  • Which company handles the shipping?

    All our shipments are made through Correos, Spain's national postal service.

  • Can I request express shipping or use another shipping company?

    Yes. If you want to place an order using another shipping company or an express service, we suggest sending an e-mail to create a custom order and adjust shipping costs accordingly.
